This is centred around the view that every individual has the capacity and desire for personal growth and change when provided with the right support and conditions.

Solution-focused brief therapy

Promotes positive change by supporting you to focus on the things you do well, what goals you would like to set and how to achieve in the most realistic way.

CBT aims to understand the way a person thinks/feels (Cognitive) and what a person does (Behavioural) while offering practical solutions to enable lasting change.
