Solution-Focused Brief Therapy

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy aims to promote positive change by enabling you to focus on the things you do well, and what goals you would like to achieve, and encourage you to further work out how to achieve them through clear, concise, and realistic planning.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy is a relatively brief form of therapy of around 8-10 sessions, that enables you to achieve positive change for yourself and is especially beneficial to those with a specific/particular goal they wish to achieve, a problem they wish to overcome, navigating a life-changing event such as:

  • Redundancy

  • Applying for a work promotion

  • Starting a family

  • A desire to initiate meaningful conversations with significant others

  • Overcoming shyness

  • Overcoming procrastination

(*I offer a reduced rate for individuals who meet the following criteria: NHS workers, former clients, and sessions booked in blocks of six or more.)
